Itinerary Highlights

Delve into the uncharted wilds of Tanzania on this wildlife focused African adventure combing the pounding hooves of the Serengeti migration, the roaring lions of remote Ruaha and the underwater beauty of the Indian Ocean. Breaking away from Tanzania's traditional northern route, our itinerary combines the best of the north with rugged new wildlife frontiers in the south. Ruaha National Park contains 10% of the world’s lion population and remains one of the least explored and largest national parks in Africa. From our remote eco-camp you’ll enjoy daily game drives and walks through tumbling granitic kopjes, grasslands punctuated with enormous Baobabs and riverine woodlands to see record numbers of lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog who roam this untouched wildlife refuge.

Break out your binoculars and begin your first game drive as you make your way to Roving Bushtops. Rovng Bushtops is a luxury migratory camp that moves along serengeti to two spots in a year - enabling the camp to be set up in the most suitable part of the Serengeti plains best suited to changing conditions, migration patterns and the best game viewing opportunities. Emulating the pioneering spirit of early explorers roving after the herds, the camp is unfenced and semi-permanent, with wheels allowing it to move if wildlife patterns should change. From December to April, the camp moves south to follow the herds and spend three months in a wonderful spot next to a seasonal river, to offer the best chance of experiencing the migration and the wildebeest birthing season.

Retire at night to your private seafront villa and drift off to the sound of waves lapping the shore. One of your nights you’ll have the option of sleeping out in the Underwater Room – a private room anchored off shore.
